Key Responsibilities-:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electric 2-wheeler motors (Hub Motors & Mid-Drive Motors).
Conduct performance testing using motor dynamometers and other diagnostic tools.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of motors, controllers, and related components.
Work closely with R&D and operations teams to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
Support in motor installation, assembly, and calibration.
Maintain proper documentation of repairs, tests, and service reports.
Evaluate vendor parts/components and assist in quality checks.
Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
2–6 years of hands-on experience in EV motor repair, testing, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of hub motors, mid-drive motors, controllers, and BMS systems.
Familiarity with motor dynamometer testing and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work with tools, testing equipment, and interpret technical diagrams.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
