Operations Leadership: Own end-to-end last-mile delivery operations, including hub management, dispatch planning, and inventory flow.
Team Management: Hire, train, and manage large teams of Delivery Associates, Team Leads, and supervisors (100+ members).
Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics: On-Time Delivery (OTD), TAT, Cost Per Delivery, RTO (Return to Origin), and Rider Productivity.
Network Optimization: Scale city infrastructure, manage 3PL partnerships (e.g., Delhivery, Shadowfax), and improve routing efficiency.
Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS) by reducing delivery failures and managing escalations.Experience: 4–8 years in last-mile operations, E-commerce, or logistics, with experience scaling operations.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead large, diverse, and fast-paced operational teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making, proficiency in operational metrics, and experience with MIS/logistics tech.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
