Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy business leader who can drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, customer success, and operational excellence. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work across Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Success functions.
We're looking for a builder who can think like a founder, drive growth, and help scale FleetEase.ai into India's leading EV fleet operating platform.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive B2B sales and revenue growth.
● Acquire and manage enterprise clients, OEMs, and fleet operators.
● Build strategic partnerships and franchise networks.
● Ensure successful client onboarding and retention.
● Work closely with product and operations teams to improve customer experience.
● Track business KPIs and drive process improvements.
● Build and lead high-performing teams.
Requirements
● 5–10 years of experience in SaaS, MobilityTech, FleetTech, LogisticsTech, or Enterprise Software.
● MBA/PGDM/Postgraduate degree.
● Engineering or technology background preferred.
● Strong B2B sales and partnership experience.
● Proven track record of revenue generation and business scaling.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
