About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Associate – Legal / Compliance to support the organization in managing legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters. The role involves handling documentation, contract management, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and compliance-related matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Maintain and manage legal documentation and records in an organized manner
Track and ensure timely completion of compliance requirements and regulatory filings
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for legal documentation and approvals
Support in drafting and reviewing vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership contracts
Assist in identifying legal risks and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Relevant experience in corporate legal / compliance role
Strong understanding of contracts and regulatory frameworks
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
