Role 

  1. After-sales & service of our 20K 2W, 1K 3W going upto 50K 2W & 5K 3W in a year
  2. Complete Hub Operations. Building systems & SOP for delivering top rider experience
  3. Procurement - Setting up evaluation SOPs for testing & buying the rider set of vehicles
  4. Building capabilities to repair inhouse critical parts like - Battery, Motor, controller, etc. 
  5. Bring in efficiencies in terms of manpower productivity and after-sales cost
  6. Robust mechanism to manager spare parts inventory
  7. Delivery Zypp brand guidelines on the ground

Requirement :

  1. Bias for Action. Ready to go on the ground & get things executed
  2. Very good understanding & experience of automobiles service industry
  3. Experience of handling large team & service business at massive scale across multiple geographies
  4. Ability to analyse data & take data-backed calls 
  5. Understand the importance of delivering top class experience
  6. Build robust system & processes to automate work & leverage technology to the maximum
