● Documents & Payment verification of riders.
● Allotment & Submission Form filling.
● Ensuring the vehicle is in perfect condition at the time of allotment.
● Capture all the relevant images of the vehicle at the time of allotment & submission.
● Levy penalties on damages at the time of submission.
● Have proper technical knowledge of electric vehicles.
● A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
● Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
● Work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
