Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the Founder's Office as a Business Finance specialist at Zypp Electric. This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis, MIS reporting, and insightful business recommendations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Prepare insightful MIS reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business planning processes.
  • Assist in financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the finance function.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the Founder's Office.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Proven experience (2-6 years) in a similar role, with a focus on financial analysis, MIS reporting, and business finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in the electric vehicle or tech industry is advantageous.
