Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Zypp Electric and Kaash Se Akash. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns and strategies across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content that effectively communicates our mission, vision, and values to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning:
   - Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies that align with our brand's mission and vision.
   - Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) for various social media platforms with the help of the design team.

2. Campaign Management:
   - Design and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
   
3. Content Distribution:
   - Schedule and publish content on our social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and timely engagement.
   - Utilize content calendar tools to plan and organize content in advance.

4. Community Engagement:
   - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
   - Engage with our audience by participating in relevant conversations, using hashtags, and sharing user-generated content.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
   - Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) to measure campaign success.
   - Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting improvements.

6. Collaboration:
   - Work closely with our marketing and communications teams to ensure seamless integration of social media content with other marketing initiatives.
   - Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify our brand's reach and impact.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree, Master’s degree in relevant fields (Marketing, Communications preferred)
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content planning, or a related field.
3. Skills:
   - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
   - Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
   - Excellent content creation and editing skills.
   - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
