Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Curator and Reels/Podcast Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms, including social media, our website, and podcast channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reels and Podcast Production:
- Create and edit engaging, visually appealing short-form video content (Reels) for our social media platforms.
- Produce and edit high-quality podcast episodes, including recording, editing, and optimizing audio content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to develop compelling podcast and Reels content.
- Ensure the podcast and Reels content aligns with our brand's messaging and resonates with our target audience.
2. Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure seamless content integration across all channels.
- Contribute to the development of the overall content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to enhance the content experience.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in content curation, social media management, and/or podcast production.
3. Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools (e.g., Audacity, GarageBand).
- Familiarity with content curation tools and platforms (e.g., Feedly, Curata, Scoop.it).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
