Talent Acquisition: (IT & Non-IT hiring)
1.Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and engage top-tier candidates across multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine suitability for specific roles.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process from start to finish.
4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
6. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
7.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
8. Preparing Hiring Matrix for weekly reviews & monthly reviews.
