Responsibilities
● Take ownership of Technical issues reported by the internal teams and see problems
through to resolution
● Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve Technical issues
● Ask case scenario targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the
problem
● Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the issue reporter
● Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams
● The Tech support intern will be aligned to work with the Tech support Team for all
kind of tasks assigned by them
● Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
● Ensure proper documentation and closure of all issues
● Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
● Follow the SLA for issues with respect to their severity.
● Be the quality assurance person to improve product

Requirements
● Diploma/Bacholer’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or
equivalent
● Basic knowledge of an IT operations and software application development
environment.
● Excellent teamwork
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Good written and verbal communication skills
● Good time-management skills
● Ability to learn new technologies
● Work type: Work from office
● 6 days working: Mon to Sat (1st Saturday from office, rest others WFH)
Desired Skills
● Knowledge of MySQL database (able to write basic SQL queries)
● Knowledge of EV logistics Operations is a plus
