Mission of this role is to build supply of 1200+ riders with 90% live fleet and positive wallet


Outcomes 


Attaining 600+ live count number within 3 months in the cluster

Ensuring maximum rider NPS as per the city targets

Ensuring high level of discipline, efficiency and process are made to improve cluster

Functional Competencies


Must Have


Excellent People management skills: Have hired, managed, fired and grown the Ops team under him/her. Experienced to handle 50-100 team members

Experience working in high pressure target driven roles with high volume SKU’s.

Ability to prioritize - Plan, deploy resources efficiently: prioritize multiple operations in the field and know which one to focus on.

Process Adherence: Ability to create processes and see to it that they are implemented across the team

Hands-on experience on Google sheets and Word to ensure proper data records and planning

Should have prior experience of Vendor or Operator Management

Conversational Fluency in Local Language

Good to have

Ability to work long and odd hours. Flexible (and should have done) to be in field early morning, late nights and for long hours on field

Attention to detail - doesn’t miss out on small details, asks probing questions to understand under-lying issues and go deeper into the problem

Conversational Fluency in English Language

Must have

Proven track record of operator/small business owner management and experience

Problem solving skills – Crisis management and operational problems[1] 

Self-motivated / proactive – acts without being told what to do

Negotiation Skills: Should either have a great previous experience to talk about or maybe we can give him a case to understand

Shouldn’t have second thought in getting his hands dirty, always ready to hustle and solve problems.
