Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Key Accounts Manager/Category Manager to oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and managing key account strategies to meet company objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account management plans that align with company goals and client needs.
  • Sales and Revenue: Achieve revenue targets by managing and negotiating contracts, deals, and renewals with key accounts.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and future needs to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and client preferences to recommend improvements or changes to the offerings.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in account management.
