About Company:
Zypp is India's largest last-mile delivery EV company. Zypp has embarked on a mission to eliminate the biggest problem of delivery with the aim of making India carbon-free with electric scooters. Zypp has started its journey from electric scooter rentals and then expanding vertically in deliveries with a tagline 'khushiyon ki delivery'. We are a team of passionate individuals motivated by our vision of making seamless deliveries in a clean India. We back each other with knowledge and time for a combined effort oriented toward the results. Zypp is operating a fleet of 10k EVs and is planning to expand to 50k EVs this year. Zypp is a series B-funded startup and is expanding rapidly.
Duration and Opportunity:
This is a full-time (in-office) internship role for 6 months, with the potential to convert into a permanent strategy position in the founder's office based on the candidate's performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Assisting in updating the company's financial model and AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
2. Developing new projections for company initiatives
3. Conducting in-depth market analysis and research on industry trends
4. Monitoring and analyzing government policies affecting the EV sector
5. Preparing research papers and industry updates
Required Skills:
• Advanced Excel proficiency (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT)
• Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
• Excellent research and data interpretation skills
• Ability to create compelling charts and visuals in PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Power BI (not mandatory)
Qualifications:
• Pursuing degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong academic background with focus on quantitative skills
• Keen interest in electric mobility and sustainable transportation
