Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ad Sales professional with a proven track record in ad sales and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored advertising solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Revenue Generation & Sales:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including enterprises and large-scale businesses, to onboard them for advertising solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and stay updated with industry trends.


Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:

  • Engage with new clients to understand their business goals, advertising needs, and develop customized proposals.
  • Ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new clients, addressing all concerns and providing proactive support.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.


Solution Selling:

  • Present and sell advertising solutions that align with client objectives, leveraging Zypp's full suite of offerings.
  • Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a strong focus on profitability and client success.


Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and creative, to develop effective ad strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to provide client feedback and suggest improvements for ad solutions.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales pipeline, and prospect information using CRM tools.


Qualifications & Skills:


Experience:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in ad sales, enterprise sales, revenue generation, and client onboarding.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of advertising, media, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and client feedback to drive strategy and sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
