A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years experience.

Knowledge of CRM systems.

Serve as a point of contact for customer support and complaints via phone calls 

Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions

Proactively gather and utilise customer feedback and suggestions

Communicate to customers during outbound phone calls

Knowledge of Excel, Word & Spreadsheet.
