Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Inventory Auditor with a strong background in conducting audits, analyzing data, and working with automotive parts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inventory auditing, be proficient in Excel, and possess good communication skills. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to travel for audits, and the knowledge of automotive parts and their identification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Inventory Audits: Perform regular and detailed inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock counts, records, and system data.
- Data Management: Use Excel to analyze inventory data, prepare audit reports, and maintain records.
- Reporting: Create and communicate audit reports, highlighting discrepancies, findings, and solutions for resolution.
- Automotive Parts Identification: Identify and classify automotive parts accurately, ensuring they are cataloged correctly in the system.
- Travel for Audits: Travel to different locations as needed for inventory audits, ensuring timely and accurate results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in inventory auditing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Excel for reporting, data analysis, and inventory tracking.
